Hemos tenido una experiencia muy recomendable en este hotel. La situación , en el barrio de San Lorenzo ,es perfecta ya que está en una zona llena de bares , restaurantes y pizzerias, cuando volviamos al hotel por la noche soliamos cenar en una pizzeria Formula 1 super buena y economica. En el hotel el personal amable y atento en todo monento y la habitación que nos asignaron correcta, parket y cama kingsize comodisima , el baño era pequeño pero limpisimo. Estamos muy contentos de haber elegido por segunda vez esta hotel en Rom

Hotel in zona San Lorenzo di buon livello, ottimo per pulizia e molto bella la sala colazione, sotto archi di pietra. La posizione è comoda per chi ha bisogno di muoversi velocemente nella zona dell’università, dove per forza di cose la rete dei trasporti è ottima (anche se gli autobus spesso sono pieni zeppi). Camera molto spaziosa, bel bagno con mattonelle verdi, bellissima vista sulla piazza del mercato di San Lorenzo. Terrazzo larghissimo e parquet in legno (ovviamente la mia camera non era una camera standard ma una delle camere all’ultimo piano, con terrazza). Buono, per me consigliabile anche come hotel romantico.

Excelente atención y trato por parte de los empleados. El hotel esta bastante cerca de termini y de varias paradas de bus en la vía Tiburtina. Volvería sin duda.

We booked online for three days and flew with Ryanair, then…a cheap deal. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Termini Station. Our room was clean and tidy, breakfast was milk, coffee, jam, butter, fruit and croissants. Rome is beautiful!!! Good hotel for good money

Room is comfortable, double bed is big enough and very clean. Sound isolation is good. Very friend and helpful staff, both the reception and bar tender. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel was hosting mostly business guests during my stay, this might have been depended on the fact that it was a Monday. The public areas are extremely attractive, service excellent and extremely kind: rooms are comfortable and nice, although standard of rooms (at least as far as the standard rooms is concerned) cannot be considered at the same level of the beautiful and cosy public areas

We have stayed twice in this hotel. We liked the location in an active part of Rome with lots of restaurants around. The public areas are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is fine. We had rooms with terrace on the fourth floor with panoramic view on the morning market and St Lorenzo church. Buses 71 and 492 nearby provide direct access to historical areas. Very good price/quality ratio.

Friendly, English speaking, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast room, with plenty of good breakfast. We took the bus to Trevi Fountain, but it was several blocks to the bus stop. Taxis were easier. Had lunch at Armando's, a good pizza restaurant recommended near by. Good ice cream store near by, also. College atmosphere on the main street. We were there 2 days - not long enough. Had a quiet back room at Laurentia.

Good value for money in Roma. Location is gloomy (wrong side of Termini), but the immediate sorroundings are nice (a good restaurant and a nice bar around the corner). Nice staff. OK breakfast, rooms quite spacious for Roma.

Personale gentilissimo ,stanza accogliente,un poco piccola la doccia ma nel complesso soggiorno soddisfacente.alla sinistar dell'uscita una pizzeria a taglio con prodotti ottimi.il portiere ci ha consigliato un ristorante sulla piazza dove abbiamo mangiato ottima cucina romana ad un ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo senza considerare la cordialità del personale.UN SOGGIORNO VERAMENTE APPAGANTE!!!

Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches und kinderfreundliches Personal. Nicht zentrumsnah, aber Metrostation in 15 Gehminuten Entfernung. Für römische Verhältnisse ruhig gelegen; gilt für kühlere Jahreszeit wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster schläft.

Con questa è la seconda volta che prenoto l'hotel laurentia. mi son trovato abbastanza bene, hotel tranquillo, buona colazione, buona base di partenza per visitare roma, a cento metri dall'hotel passa l'autobus 71 che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente la metro ed il centrissimo di roma, fontana di trevi, piazza navona ecc...

Hotel confortable , limpio , tranquilo . La habitación 405 es extraordinaria . Una lástima que no se pueda tomar un café en la terraza . Estaría bien una cafetera ( o servicio de habitaciones ?) Es muy importante que se indiquen las muy especiales caracteristicas de su ubicación . Barrio de San Lorenzo : Juvenil , bullicioso y bastante lejos del centro ( aunque bien comunicado por transporte público) . Un taxi hasta el trastevere de noche puede costar más de 20€

Staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking English well. Room was clean and large. Double bed and two single beds. Initially we were a bit daunted by location but found and had not problems. Location was close to main rail station, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was lovely.

A very reasonable price for a comfortable stay. Front desk help was very good. Vincenzo was particularly helpful to me. The one shortcoming re. facilities was the unreliability of the internet service to the computer for guest use. I have had this experience in other Rome hotels also.

Das Hotel kann man wirklich empfehlen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Lage ist nicht ganz Zentral, doch wer einigermassen gut zu Fuss ist kann ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel alle Highlights erreichen. Das Frühstück ist nicht übermässig vielfältig, aber im Verhältnis zum Preis durchaus akzeptabel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We spend 7 nights in this hotel. We paid 55 euro a night (offer). After we've booked the hotel we saw that the prices ran up to 126 euro's a night. Thats a bit too much for this hotel by the way. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good, service very good (we had a good laugh with Alberto, the receptionist!). The Russian or polish girls who are serving breakfast are not so friendly by the way. The area is italian and we liked it! Students, alternative people and Roman families in the bars and restaurants. No or very few tourists! Transport with bus 71 or 492 to the hart of Rome is excellent. Two restaurants we like to recomend: Osteria/Winebar/Pizzeria Sanlollo (via dei Sabelli 51)and ristorante Da Pino (real Roman cuisine!), via Tiburtina Antica 4/6). The gelateria's at via Tiburtina also nice to spend a visit!!

Camera accogliente e arredata esattamente come in foto, stanza e bagno (un po' piccolo) ben puliti. La zona intorno all'hotel può sembrare poco raccomandabile ma la sera è piena di locali, trattorie e ristoranti. Eccellente colazione (caffe, latte caldo e freddo, pane, burro, marmellate, cereali, frutta secca, crostate, croissant e altro ancora!)

The hotel is located fairly close to the Train stations(10-15 mins walk). So it was easy for us to catch the metro and travel to different tourist places in rome.

I am very happy to stay in hotel Laurentia, particularly because of its location near the train station and near the University. At the same time it is located in a small street, across from a market. Next time in Rome I'll be back

Vom Termini in ca. 20 min. mit 20 kg Rollkoffer zu Fuß zu erreichen, teilweise gepflasterte Bürgersteige. Noch zur Lage angenehmes Studentenviertel, Lokale und Lebensmittel sozusagen um die Ecke. Frühstück OK Mix zwischen italienisch und kontinental - kein britisches...! Rezeption freundlich und immer zu sprechen.
