Saubere, grosse Zimmer. Lage im hippen Stadtteil San Lorenzo. Gute Busverbindung in die Altstadt. Gute Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Nähe.

Well served by the number 71 bus that will take you to centre of Rome. Breakfast is sumptuous. Area is run down but does have a few good bars and restaurants nearby. Check if air conditioning is available when you book as our room did not have any but this was fine in April. Reception can arrange a limo to Ciampino for E45. I would be quite happy to stay here again.

Hôtel agréable, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner correct . Le plus ou le moins c'est selon : dans une zone avec des bars, pizzerias, cinéma, donc les chambres sur rue sont bruyantes

We asked for a romantic room upstairs with a nice view - and alberto, the very helkpfuly and friendly manager, has given us a great room with a wonderful view on the square with the market and church and his tower - we even could see the hill and mountains! Room was very cosey - little but not too little, beds are really nice, all clean, italian styled. Breakfast room in a cave very speciall and we had good fresh made coffee there. Location is great if you like to stay in a trendy and alteritave lifely aera with great bars, restaurants, small fashion and vintage store, lots of life music and art - not the overpriced and overrated touristic zone of rome, more the real rome - but also very close to Coloseum and termini - for those who are lazy - they can catch bus 71 or 492 nearby to vatican or plaza spagna, nr. 3 to colosseum - coming from the airport fiumcino its better to go with train FR 1 to Tiburtina Station and then taking the bus outside Nr.71 directly to Porto San Lorenzo (8 minutes). Theres a great enotecca leftside from hotel with antipasti buffet and great wine and also a super pizza to go place right from the hotel as well as the small market offers fresh fruits and cheese and more! At night, theres lots of people making it a reall scenic square. But - windows closing well, so it never is too loud if you wanna sleep well - we highly recommend the hotel and his friendly staff and the aera for those who are not to stiff and looking for something real in rome. (PS: Check out the micca club through the passage in via micca pietro) a great lounge and cocktail retro club!

The hotel was hosting mostly business guests during my stay, this might have been depended on the fact that it was a Monday. The public areas are extremely attractive, service excellent and extremely kind: rooms are comfortable and nice, although standard of rooms (at least as far as the standard rooms is concerned) cannot be considered at the same level of the beautiful and cosy public areas

Vom Termini in ca. 20 min. mit 20 kg Rollkoffer zu Fuß zu erreichen, teilweise gepflasterte Bürgersteige. Noch zur Lage angenehmes Studentenviertel, Lokale und Lebensmittel sozusagen um die Ecke. Frühstück OK Mix zwischen italienisch und kontinental - kein britisches...! Rezeption freundlich und immer zu sprechen.

Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The terrace was fantastic and very romantic. Good choice of food at buffet breakfast. Wi-fi in our room was very well. The location of the hotel is rather convenient: several small restaurants, cafes and supermarket () are nearb?. 15 minutes walk from Termini station, 10 minutes walk to subway (station Castro Pretorio). Wonderful hotel with nice personal and good service!

Friendly, English speaking, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast room, with plenty of good breakfast. We took the bus to Trevi Fountain, but it was several blocks to the bus stop. Taxis were easier. Had lunch at Armando's, a good pizza restaurant recommended near by. Good ice cream store near by, also. College atmosphere on the main street. We were there 2 days - not long enough. Had a quiet back room at Laurentia.

Era la prima volta che soggiornavo al Laurentia, ma d'ora in poi,ogni volta che ripasserò da Roma per soggiornarvi, contatterò prima loro per sapere se hanno stanze libre; altrettanto farò con chi ha necessità di soggiornare senza problemi.

Amazing!!!!The best HOTEL in Rome I've never been. Good location since it's near the University and it's plenty restaurants with good prices. The tube is not too far (10 min walking) and the railway station is about 15 minutes. For sure I'll back to this Hotel my next time in Rome.

Small hotel conveniently located in San Lorenzo, in the immediate surroundings of the main railway station and the university. Nice staff. Very good price and service.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen; freundliche Bedienung, nette Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt, sehr günstiger Preis. Die Aussicht unseres nach hinten gelegenen Zimmers war etwas trist, und das Hotel liegt ein klein wenig abseits (was aber durch die Buslinie 71 ausgeglichen wird). Sonst war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Personal sehr bemüht; Frühstück in Ordnung (mit Cappuccino, der nicht aus dem Automaten kommt); sehr gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum (Endstation: San Silvestro); excellente Trattoria gleich um die Ecke (Armando), die anscheinend bei den Italienern angesagt ist.

This is what i call value for money! The room was large nice and clean, the staff was so helpful and nice and always whith a smile on their faces. They were verry helpful and sugested nice execursions. It is a bit of a walk to the interesting parts of Rome but there is a bus close to the hotel so there is no problem. I sure will go back to this hotel!! I stayed at the hotel with my 17 year old son and he liked the free internetaccess!

Excellent hôtel, correspondant, en gros, à un très bon deux étoiles "nouvelles normes" à la française. Chambres propres, confortables et bien équipées, communs (escaliers, salons, hall) plutôt luxueux, jolie cafétéria, belle salle de brique voûtée pour le petit-déjeuner, par ailleurs copieux et bien servi, personnel expérimenté, efficace et très courtois, quartier estudiantin et populaire, chaleureux et animé (nombreux bars et pizzerias à prix très accessibles, marché devant l'hôtel, sur la piazzeta, etc.), à 15 min à pied de Termini. A recommander, donc.

Per la mia laurea ho dovuto invitare tanti amici e parenti e ero sotto stress per organizzare tutto ma invece è tutto filato per il meglio, davvero per il meglio! La laurea è sul capo e tutti i presenti a Roma sono stati benissimo in hotel gradendo perfino San Lorenzo, quartiere fatto per i giovani... Si mangia bene ovunque. L'hotel ha risposto ad ogni esigenza e a accontentare i miei ce ne vuole.... Quasi quasi torno in vacanza in hotel quanto prima e se non prestissimo già è fissato un appuntamento a cadenza annuale giusto per riesumare il bel tempo passato a Roma. Ormai i portieri mi riconoscono e mi sento a casa, nella mia casa romana, sempre linda e disponibile per i miei riitorni. Voto: dieci! Anzi 30 e lode!

A very reasonable price for a comfortable stay. Front desk help was very good. Vincenzo was particularly helpful to me. The one shortcoming re. facilities was the unreliability of the internet service to the computer for guest use. I have had this experience in other Rome hotels also.

We booked online for three days and flew with Ryanair, then…a cheap deal. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Termini Station. Our room was clean and tidy, breakfast was milk, coffee, jam, butter, fruit and croissants. Rome is beautiful!!! Good hotel for good money

Location - it was around 10 min walk from Termini station. The neighborhood was nice, a lot of bars and great pizzerias! Price was good. Our room was clean and big, I also liked the breakfast.

Personnel tres gentil, souriant et serviable! Tout particulierement Vicenzo a la reception. Buffet du petit dejeuner copieux, mais de qualite moyenne. Chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse et un petit frigo etait disponible. J'ai beaucoup apprecie tous les produits disponibles dans la salle de bain (charlotte pour cheveux, savon, gel douche, shampooing, kit de rasage, peigne) qui etait tres propre et spacieuse. Un peu loin du centre ville, à une dizaine de minutes de l'ISS et a 15 min a pied de la gare Termini (ou deposent la navette et le train depuis l'aeroport).
